CHRIS Project Training Request

Request Training
Each training will be a one day session from 9:30AM - 3:30PM (tentatively).To schedule
or request a training please contact the CHRIS Help Desk 800-231-5747 or email us at chris.um@miami.edu and provide the following information:

	How many users at your center need training. (Please provide Name, Address, and Email for each user.)
	What type of training is desired.
	Are your users willing to travel within the State of Florida?

The CHRIS Team will travel to a location near you if there are at least 6 users that need training within a region that has a computer training facility. Otherwise, trainings may be held at the University of Miami.

Registration and Confirmation
We will send out a confirmation letter with directions and local hotel information upon registration. Please make sure all users have registered with the Help Desk so that we can assure enough training materials are available. If you have registered and cannot attend please notify the Help Desk as soon as possible.
