CHRIS New User Training. For new CHRIS users and users that never had a formal training. This session will be conducted in a computer lab in Miami or at a FDLRS site. The training will include:

CHRIS data entry basics

Program features

Running Standard Reports

CHRIS questions and review

Data Facilitator Training. For new CHRIS Data Facilitator's and Data Facilitator's that never had a formal training. This session will be conducted in a computer lab in Miami or at a FDLRS site. The training will include:

	Review of Data Facilitator responsibilities
	Data Facilitator Tools
	Database Management
	Using Reports

Online Reporter Training. For users who have attended a CHRIS New User Training session and have a basic understanding of the FileMaker Pro technology. The Help Desk will provide training with the assistance of the Citrix technology. Users will have the opportunity to work with their live data to produce custom reports. The training will include:

	Review of reporter basics
	Review of layout basics
	Learn FileMaker tools
	Reporter problem solving
	Walkthrough of creating reports based on user requests
