The Help Desk provides technical assistance to CHRIS users and data facilitators. Technical support is available by phone and online. The Help Desk supports a cross platform environment of Windows and Macintosh computers. Support is provided in the following areas:

  • Assistance with reports
  • Schedule training session
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
